Aimee believes that mind/body connection is pivotal for optimal wellbeing and her style of training goes beyond the work put in at the gym.

She specialises in bodybuilding-style training, compound movements, flexibility and strength work. Additionally, she assists clients in making nutritional adjustments to suit their goals.
