Kate is a highly experience trainer with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. She has a passion for fitness and more importantly helping clients achieve their goals. Kate understands the need for a work life balance and

Kate has worked with many clients over the years from all walks and all stages of life – from strength and conditioning training with the Queensland Ballet, to rehabilitation with major injuries, successful weight loss/fitness results with people ranging in age from childhood to older adults. She had a successful track record of evaluating a client’s physical fitness, understanding their needs and then developing a practical and achievable fitness plan to help them reach their
desired goals.
