One way we do this is in our relaxation sanctuary. Our private men’s/women’s spa and sauna rooms are fully equipped for relaxation and recovery. Each spa room contains a O2/Magnesium Spa and infra-red sauna, which together boast a large array of health benefits!

It’s little known that roughly 85% of humans are magnesium deficient, a state that leads to lower oxygenation and poorer circulation within the body that – among other things – compromises the body’s natural immune defences leaving us tired, rundown and more susceptible to many harmful stimuli such as viral & bacterial illness, injury or infection. Infrared Sauna
